Tickets to the event are limited to only 25 guests and cost $45 each plus tax.
Talk & Taste Stage
For those who missed out on the sold out Fermentation Workshop with Chef Jonathan, on May 1 from 6 to 6:30 p.m, the EAT! Vancouver Talk and Taste Stage will provide an opportunity to enjoy a Friday evening crash course. Participants will be guided through fermentation techniques and will sample a signature fermented dish paired with beer or wine. Tickets to the event are limited to only 40 guests and are available for $7 each plus tax.
